咖啡誘惑CRÈME GLACÉE MAISON AU CAFÉ
Homemade咖啡雪糕
材料:~
有機咖啡糖漿60克
即溶咖啡粉10克
淡忌廉200克
全脂牛奶 100克
天然有機蛋黃2隻
鹽少許
做法:~
1. 把牛奶淡忌廉和即溶咖啡粉放入鍋中煮至鍋邊出現細小泡泡
2. 在加熱奶油糊時將蛋黃和有機咖啡楓糖漿放入碗中用打蛋器攪拌至淡黃色
3. 把一杯熱奶油糊加入蛋黃糊內拌勻,然後把已拌勻的蛋黃糊倒入奶油內繼續攪拌,用低火煮5-7分鐘
4. 把鹽加入糊內搗勻,放入雪櫃冷卻一晚
5. 冷卻後把糊漿倒入雪糕機內。每家雪糕機各有不同請參考說明書
CRÈME GLACÉE MAISON AU CAFÉ
Ingredients:~
Organic Coffee maple syrup 60g
Coffee powder 10g
Whipping cream 200g
Full milk 100g
Free range organic Egg yolk 2
Salt a pinch
How to:~
1. In a small saucepan, add the whipping cream and bring to a simmer. 
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, coffee powder and organic coffee maple syrup for 3 to 4 minutes 
3. Pour 1 cup of the hot whipping cream into the egg yolk mixture while whisking, then pour the egg yolk mixture back into the saucepan with the remaining whipping cream and cook over low heat for about 5 to 7 minutes or until the custard thickens and coats the back of a wooden spoon.
4. Add the egg mixture and salt, stir to combine and chill for 4 hours minimum or up to overnight. 
5.  Once your custard has chilled, place it in your ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
