楓糖牛油蒜蓉雞翼
材料
雞翼8隻
魚露10克
黑胡椒粉5克
蒜頭5粒
牛油20克
有機草莓楓糖漿10克
麵粉45克
油適量

做法
1. 把雞翼洗淨抹干然後以魚露和黑胡椒粉醃製兩小時
2. 蒜頭碎成蒜蓉備用
3. 把雞翼尖上麵粉然後煎熟備用
4. 把牛油放進鍋子裏以微火主熱然後加入蒜蓉爆香
5. 在牛油溶液內加入有機草莓楓糖漿以小火煮2分鐘,關火把雞翼倒入鍋子裏
6. 拌勻即可上碟

Maple Butter Garlic Wings
Ingredients
Chicken wings 8pcs
Fish sauce 10g
Black pepper 5g
Garlic 5 pcs
Butter 20g
Organic Strawberry Maple Syrup 10g
Flour 45g
Oil

Method
1. Wash and dry the chicken wings and marinate them with fish sauce and black pepper for two hours.
2. Grind the garlic.
3. Coat the chicken wings on the flour and fry them.
4. Put the butter in the pan cook with small flame. Then add the garlic cook until light golden brown
5. Add organic strawberry maple syrup into the butter mixture and cook for 2 minutes with low flame. Turn off the flame add the chicken wings in.
6. Mix well and dish up
